WEEKS 5 - 8 - You'll repeat the 4 week cycle with brand new workouts for weeks 5 -8).

Hi, I'm Elyse! I'm a fitness coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher. 

Back in the days of my professional dance career I was stuck in a never-ending under-eating --> over-exercising --> binging cycle.

And worse, I was beating myself up about it every second of the day. 

Then I started studying mindfulness and yoga, and I became determined to approach my body and staying fit with balance, ease, and kindness.

Now I work 1:1 with clients and develop online video programs to help other people blend fitness + mindfulness to live in their most joyful, confident bodies!

I've helped hundreds of people feel more strong, flexible, and confident in their bodies.

FAQ's

What's the time commitment?

30 minutes, 3x/week is recommended with optional shorter videos to add in if you'd like.

Carve out about 10 min/week for the mindfulness prompt.

 

What equipment do I need?

A yoga mat, sneakers and a set of weights (3-6lbs) is recommended. That being said, many of the workouts are body-weight based, so you'll only need yourself.

If you don't have weights at home, you can use soup cans or shampoo bottles!

 

When do I need to be available?

All videos are pre-recorded so you won't miss any "live" class times + you can fit it into your schedule in a way that works best for you.

You'll get a recommended calendar to follow, which allows for you to adapt to your personal day/time preferences.

 

What if I don't finish in the 8 weeks?

You'll get ongoing access even after the 8 weeks are over, so you can continue to use the program as you like.

 

How much is it?

There are 3 payment options.

1. Paid in full the 8 week program is $199 (which breaks down to less than $10 per video - and you get to use them forever).

2. You can also pay 8 weekly installments of $27.

3. If you have been financially affected by COVID-19 there is a Sliding Scale Pay What You Can option as well.


What is the refund policy?

If within 24 hours of starting the program you decide you do not want to continue with the program you will receive a full refund (with the exception of payment processing fees).

If you choose not to continue at any later point you will not receive a refund.
